Jethamoshai and Family, 1966

14th august as Kakamoni probably would have told you is the day Dadu died 1960 and 14th august 1966 we shifted to Rampur. It is amazing that you have uploaded this photograph on today's date.
That is Ajju Sanju on two sides of Shim, Son pish and Sham pish(their parents, another of our extended family, Baba's Promod Mama and Mami, left them with Amma - cannot remmeber why) next to Ajju and Mukul and Abha (lot more than just our neighbours - they are Madhav Chacha, Kakmoni's friend's children) sitting in front. The eldest Shobha I believe is working in MPEB! Gut can expand on that. Meshomoni had taken this photograph. Rampur quarters 1970 I think :)

Mummum Death 1981

This was taken at the Rampur house on the terrace when mummum (grandmother, Nonibala Dasgupta) died in 1981. This was the “family home” for a long time, where Mummum and Pishi used to live, and then with Choto Kaku joining in on the first floor, it truly became the family home for a very long period of time.
